We have our 4th annual fat loss challenge starting on December 4th, this year, we are making it even better. We're hosting our very first in house competition to kick this year's challenge off on December 2nd!
This competition is programmed to be fun for everyone, don't think for a second that you can't do it, you can. Coaches will be doing a draft of teams. Each team will have one masters athlete, a male and a female athlete. The 3 team members will put it on the line for some sweet prizes! T-Shirt's are included in sign-up cost
